The island hotel is a great hotel. A very classy establishment. The check in process was easy, valet’ed the car and had a warm greeting with a very friendly staff. The hotel feels fresh and relaxing. Wide open spaces and green plants everywhere you look. The room was large with a great view of the ocean and tons of natural light. Great toiletries mini bar and late night room service menu. The pool and fitness areas are epic with an extra large jacuzzi and outdoor showers. I came down for a relaxing night to Fashion Island with Johnny Makeup and Cory Kennedy. We were really excited that the island hotel was directly across from FASHION Island where we had a nice dinner at PF Changs and enjoyed some high-end shopping in the mall. We watched a movie on the nice Sony flat screen TV and cuddled in the large bed. The internet was free but slow. I would definitely recommend Island Hotel to anyone who is looking for a good time in Newport Beach. A high end establishment great for business men and internet celebrities.
