When life hits you with a punch here and a kick there the challenge is to show your strength and that you shall persevere. Along this journey your body and soul will be wrung with wounds. If you want to instill light and life back into your body and soul, gain a meaningful experience, dance your heart out, challenge yourself further in your yoga practice, gain perspective through meditation, and feel more connected give Wanderlust 108 a try.

The one day event took a life of its own at Lindley Meadow located inside Golden Gate Park. Morning started with a 5K run followed by a vendor village with vibrant offerings such as local and organic food vendors giving out free samples and sales of yoga clothing and accessories. There were also bonus activities such as AlReal Yoga, Slackline Fundamentals, Tribal Body Marking & Movement, AcroYoga and Wandertribe Barre.

What the Wanderlust Yoga events are known for is the Yoga + Dance Party which had hundreds of people dancing to the newest beats. MC Yogi got the crowd pumped up and dancing to the latest hits! People of all ages, colors, shapes, and sizes were on their feed dancing their heart out. It was a beautiful sight and uplifting experience.

Then we went into yoga sun salutations and different yoga variations. The crowd even had hand to hand poses with our neighbors which was great to encourage connectivity. Then we had a great meditation session with a teacher from the SF Buddhist Meditation Center which powerful and transforming guided mediation.
