Four-course winemaker dinner at CHAYA Brasserie

On Tuesday, May 3 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Beverly Hills’ iconic 25-year old dining destination—CHAYA Brasserie Beverly Hills—and acclaimed Japanese-French Executive Chef Harutaka Kishi (worked and trained under Joël Robuchon and Gordon Ramsay), will host California’s first LEED® Gold Certified winery—HALL Winery and winemaker Steve Leveque—for a special four-course winemaker dinner ($85 per person, all-inclusive). Guests will enjoy Chef Haru’s innovative Euro-Asian cuisine featuring vibrant flavor combinations paired with the HALL Winery’s signature Napa Valley wines, namely:
