Whether it’s Lil’ Kim playing the part of a ten year old with first period stains on her white panties or Amanda Lepore looking as fabulous as ever as Andy Warhol’s Marilyn Monroe. Genius celebrity kitsch photographer David Lachapelle is having a big retrospective at La Monnaie in Paris. You may love it or you may hate it but no matter what you will have to admit that his work is beyond fascinating. The retrospective runs until 31 May 2009.
