Sona, the modern French restaurant created by David Myers, will offer guests a warm and intimate dining experience on December 31st 2008. A seasonally-inspired menu will reflect the holiday season and illustrate Sona’s commitment to organic and free-range artisanal products.  Two seatings are scheduled to ring in the New Year- a four course meal is presented at the first seating for $89.00 and the second seating will offer a six course menu for $125.00.  Complimentary champagne will be offered.

Located in the center of the Sunset Strip, XIV will open its doors to revelers for New Years Eve.  Chef Michael Mina’s restaurant is an innovative experience in dining that adds an exciting new dimension to the Los Angeles culinary landscape.  Three seatings are offered to visitors by reservations, featuring a special Prix Fixe menu.  The first seating will take place in the main dining room at 6:30 p.m. to start off the special Prix Fixe menu at $135.00; the second seating will take place at 7:30 p.m. on the patio for $165.00; the third seating will take place at 9:30 p.m. in the dining room priced at $225.00.  Guests are welcome to experience XIV at either of the two bars on a first come first serve basis until 2:00 a.m. to enjoy one of fall’s most exciting openings.

Katsuya Glendale will open its Dragon Room for the New Years celebration from 9:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. December 31st, 2008.  At $75.00, guests can enjoy all inclusive appetizers and open bar.  Specialty cocktails created by renowned mixologist Ryan Magarian use only the freshest juices and organic ingredients, making this a wonderful treat to ring in 2009.
