Constant Bliss is a fabulous raw Ayreshire cow’s milk cheese made exclusively from the fresh, uncooled evening milk of Jasper Hill Dairy in Greensboro, Vermont. As Constant Bliss ages, it retains its soft, assertive taste complemented by the tangy heat of its rind. The flavor is very clean and creamy with hints of mushroom at the finish. Constant Bliss pairs beautifully with a Pinot Noir.
